2. Delivery Timelines

  • Instant Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 45 to 60 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on your location and traffic conditions.
  • Pre-Orders: For bulk or special event orders, you can schedule a delivery time in advance through our website.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between our kitchen and your delivery address.
  • Any applicable delivery or packaging charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification on your registered number (8655002200) with a tracking link or the delivery partner’s contact details.

5. Delivery Attempt Rules

  • Our delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes at the delivery location.
  • If the customer is unreachable or the provided address is incorrect, the order will be marked as “Failed Delivery.”
  • Since food is perishable, no refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.

6. Delay Policy

  • While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like heavy rain, festive rush, or accidents.
  • In case of significant delays, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp.
