1. No Returns for Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food and health/hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and the seal is broken or the food has been consumed. We do not offer returns or refunds based on personal taste preferences.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement only in the following specific cases:
- Damaged Packaging: If the product reaches you in a damaged condition that renders it unfit for use.
- Expired Products: If the food item delivered is past its expiry date.
- Wrong Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If an item from your order is missing upon delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue
To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. We highly recommend taking a video while opening the package for a speedier resolution.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Instant Orders: Cancellations are only permitted within one (1) minute of placing the order.
- Post-Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed or is being prepared by the kitchen, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Refund Process
- Approval: Once your claim is investigated and approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days.
- Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit card, UPI, etc.). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you for your bank details to process the credit.
- Timelines: Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping, delivery, and packaging charges are non-refundable.
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are generally non-refundable.
