- Instant Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 45 to 60 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on your location and traffic conditions.
- Pre-Orders: For bulk or special event orders, you can schedule a delivery time in advance through our website.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between our kitchen and your delivery address.
- Any applicable delivery or packaging charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification on your registered number (8655002200) with a tracking link or the delivery partner’s contact details.
5. Delivery Attempt Rules
- Our delivery partner will wait for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes at the delivery location.
- If the customer is unreachable or the provided address is incorrect, the order will be marked as “Failed Delivery.”
- Since food is perishable, no refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.
